Booking Essentials

To ensure a seamless and elevated experience, here’s everything you need to know before confirming your session:
 

  • 2-Hour Minimum: All photo sessions require a 2-hour minimum — no exceptions.

  • Deposits: A $150 refundable cash deposit and a credit card on file are required upon arrival.

  • Photoshoots Only: Our rental sessions are ideal for 2-3 models within your booked time, including setup and breakdown.

  • No Extra Time: The hours booked are what you pay for — we do not provide additional time for setup or breakdown.

  • Guest Capacity: Standard bookings include up to 7 guests. There’s a $20 per additional guest, with a max of 15 people total.

  • Overtime Fees:
    • 5+ minutes late = $75 deducted from your deposit
    • 15+ minutes late = full $150 deposit withheld

Perfect for those needing a bit more time for setup and execution, but not quite a full 4-hour session.

  • Versatile space for both photo and video shoots

  • Softbox lighting kits (included)

$375 + tax

  • 4–5 hours of studio time, giving you ample room to create

  • Setup and breakdown within the allotted time (Please plan for the full 4 or 5 hours; we do not accommodate early setups, but we’ll be here to support you when you’re ready)

  • A versatile space tailored for both photo and video shoots

  • Softbox lighting kits (included for your convenience)

Ideal For:

  • Group sessions with 7–10 models or auditions, creating a space that’s both functional and comfortable

  • Small video productions or social media content creation, with the flexibility to craft your perfect shots

  • Creative projects that require a little more time and thoughtful execution

4-Hour Booking

Pricing:

  • Intro Package – 4 Hours
    $450 + tax
    (RGB lighting available upon request, not included)

  • Groups Package + Setup – 4 Hours
    $550 + tax

5-Hour Booking

Pricing:

  • Additional Half-Day Package – 5 Hours
    $600 + tax
    (RGB lighting available upon request, not included)

  • Additional Half-Day + Setup – 5 Hours
    $700 + tax
    (Includes folding tables and chairs – perfect for events or added comfort. RGB lighting available upon request, not included)

A $250 cash deposit is required upon arrival for half-day bookings.

Perfect for comprehensive shoots or extended video productions, this package gives you the time and flexibility needed to execute large-scale projects with multiple setups and lighting styles.

  • 8 hours of studio time to bring your vision to life

  • Setup and breakdown within the booked time (please plan for the full period)

  • A versatile space suited for both photo and video shoots

  • Softbox lighting kits (included)

  • Full use of The Dream Room Studio’s amenities

$800 + tax

Designed for all-day creative productions, this package offers an entire day to explore your vision fully. Perfect for those who require in-depth setup time, breaks, and flexibility throughout the day.

  • 12 hours of studio time to execute large-scale projects

  • Setup and breakdown within the booked time (please plan for the full period)

  • A versatile space suited for both photo and video shoots

  • Softbox lighting kits (included)

  • Full use of The Dream Room Studio’s amenities

Pricing:

$1,200 + tax

THE DREAM ROOM STUDIO
Standard Booking Policy

🕒 2-Hour Minimum – No Exceptions
This booking is ideal for photography sessions with 1–3 models. Your session time includes setup, shoot time, breakdown, and pack-up.

⏳ Please Note:
Time for setup and breakdown is included in your scheduled hours. We do not offer additional time beyond what’s booked.

💳 Payment & Deposit
All bookings require a credit card on file and a $150 refundable cash deposit upon arrival.

👥 Guest Capacity
Standard bookings include up to 7 guests.
Each additional guest is $20 (maximum of 15 guests total).

⏱ Overtime Policy
We’ll give you a 15-minute warning to begin packing up.
• If your session exceeds the end time by more than 5 minutes, $50 will be deducted from your deposit.
• If your session exceeds your time by 15 minutes or more, the full $150 deposit will be forfeited.
