Yoga & Training Space: For yoga sessions and private training, enjoy a 12-foot workout mirror and an expansive open area, leading into our stunning dome-like cyclorama wall. This unique feature creates an illusion of infinity, making it an ideal backdrop for group yoga sessions or visually striking presentations.

Lighting Setups: As a film and photography studio, we offer professional lighting setups to elevate the mood and ambiance of your event. Whether you're seeking soft, ambient lighting or dramatic effects, we can customize the lighting to enhance the atmosphere and create a truly memorable experience.

Convenient Amenities: We provide a mini kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and kettle, offering everything needed to keep your guests refreshed. Bathrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor, and there is a private parking lot available in the plaza.
Important Note: Our space is exclusively available for professional and educational use. While we would love to offer our space for special occasion venues in the future, we are currently focused on providing a dedicated setting for creative and instructional projects.
Half-Day Venue Package
Designed with wellness events, yoga retreats, and intimate business course gatherings in mind, the Half-Day Venue Package offers a spacious and inviting environment to create a truly zen experience. This versatile package accommodates up to 25 participants and ensures your event will be held in a serene, professional setting.

The Half-Day Venue Package includes 5 hours for event setup, the retreat experience, and breakdown. Choose your ideal start time and we'll ensure everything stays on track.
For events requiring more time, we offer flexible add-ons, including extended cleanup or additional hours, so you can get the most out of your experience.
