What if we're running late?

To keep everything on schedule, we ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes early. Late arrivals may have a shorter session, as we’ll need to stay on time for other guests.

How long will the session last?

Each session is 20 minutes, with plenty of time to capture a variety of poses.

How many family members can attend?

Each session is designed for up to 6 people to keep the experience smooth and enjoyable. If you have a larger group, please let us know in advance to discuss options.

Would you like to book back-to-back sessions with other families?

We can accommodate a maximum of 3 groups at a time for quick, back-to-back mini sessions. Just let us know if this is something you’d be interested in coordinating with other families!

 

Are props provided, or can we bring our own?

We provide a selection of holiday-themed props, but feel free to bring any special items you’d like included in your photos!

Will we receive the photos in time for the holidays?

Yes! Your 6 edited digital photos will be delivered within 5 days of your session, giving you plenty of time for holiday cards and gifts.

Can we choose our favorite photos for editing?

Yes, after your session, you’ll receive a proof gallery to select your favorite images for final editing.

Can we purchase additional images?

Yes, additional images are available for purchase at $25 per image. Just let us know if you'd like more than the included 6, and we’ll make them available in your proof gallery!

What should I wear?

We recommend semi-formal holiday attire to complement the elegant, festive 3D set. Think seasonal colors, cozy but polished sweaters, or a stylish holiday outfit that adds a touch of cheer to your photos!

Can I bring pets?

Yes! Pets are welcome. Please let us know in advance if you’re bringing any furry friends.
